Cancer nurse coordination service

A free statewide service for people affected by cancer. The cancer nurse coordination team is made up of specialist nurses who are highly knowledgeable in cancer and cancer treatments.

How can we help you?

Our specialist nurses can:

  • provide and explain information on your diagnosis and treatment
  • liaise with your treating hospital and other services
  • assist you through the health care system and find the best services to help you and your family
  • act as a central point of contact
  • coordinate appointments
