WA Cancer and Palliative Care Network

Metropolitan Area Health Service teams

The Palliative Services Project Fund will provide the resources to develop and implement palliative care Area Health Service teams in the north and south metropolitan regions. This program will aim to establish sustainable links between tertiary, secondary and primary health services in each health region.
