Delivering a Healthy WA

Cardiovascular Health Network

Who we are

The Cardiovascular Health Network aims to drive the development and facilitate the delivery of more patient-centred, sustainable and effective clinical services for all those with cardiovascular conditions. It endeavours to forge effective and productive working relationships between a broader range of people and organisations, in order to promote a more direct and holistic focus on priorities for patients and carers.

The Cardiovascular Health Network incorporates five clinical and service groups, namely:

  • Cardiology
  • Interventional Cardiology
  • Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Vascular Services
  • General Medicine (where it relates to cardiovascular specialities)

Cardiovascular Health Network Executive Advisory Group

The Cardiovascular Health Network Executive Advisory Group (EAG) governs the network and advises on the delivery of patient centred, sustainable and effective clinical services across all continuums of care. The network is run by the EAG, who when it is necessary, bring together time limited project groups to focus on particular priorities.
