Who we are
The Cardiovascular Health Network aims to drive the development and facilitate the delivery of more patient-centred, sustainable and effective clinical services for all those with cardiovascular conditions. It endeavours to forge effective and productive working relationships between a broader range of people and organisations, in order to promote a more direct and holistic focus on priorities for patients and carers.
The Cardiovascular Health Network incorporates five clinical and service groups, namely:
- Cardiology
- Interventional Cardiology
- Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Vascular Services
- General Medicine (where it relates to cardiovascular specialities)
