This WA Trauma Education Audit Report 2008 (PDF 615KB), compiled by the Injury and Trauma Network in conjunction with the WA Trauma Education Committee, provides information on available trauma education. It is planned that this information will be updated annually. If you would like to submit a course for inclusion in next year's directory please email healthpolicy@health.wa.gov.au with the details of the course including a contact person's phone number and/or email address.

The Injury and Trauma Health Network led by Professor Fiona Wood and Professor Jeff Hamdorf, provides a forum for everyone with an interest in injury and trauma to plan and develop health policy and services across WA.

Current priorities for the Network are:

  • Non-major trauma framework
  • Injury prevention
  • Trauma education
  • Burn injury
  • Clinical data and evaluation
  • Selected WA Health trauma system and services report initiatives

Joining the Network gives you an opportunity to have your say on how these services will be developed across the state. You can register here.
